Ya Sin (Ya Sin)

Verses 54-58 GROUP_1155 36.54-58

54
On that Day no soul shall suffer the least injustice. You shall be rewarded only according to your deeds.
55
The people of Paradise shall be happily occupied on that Day—
56
they and their wives—shall recline on couches in the shade.
57
They shall have fruits therein, and all that they ask for.
58
‘Peace!’ shall be the greeting from the Merciful Lord.

Commentary

(a) The final result of man’s deeds (in the present world) will be declared in the Hereafter. One who remained immersed in the pursuance of his petty interests here, will enter the eternal world of the Hereafter empty-handed, unlike those who lived a life of high purpose and who will be very pleased with the good results they achieve.
